Fortera stands behind our products with a warranty as solid as our metal.
Fortera offers one of the strongest warranties in the industry on our metal panels: the limited lifetime warranty on our CERAM-A-STAR 1050™ coatings. That means that most chalking, peeling, cracking, or significant fading is covered under warranty, and the warranty is even transferable to a future homeowner within 10 years of installation.

How to File a Claim
Homeowners who need to file a claim should contact the dealer they (or their contractor) purchased from. Dealers should then contact Fortera to start the claim process.
